WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma as a Chef, equivalent to a Swiss EFZ
• Several years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry
• Many years of professional experience in sushi preparation and Asian cuisine
• Excellent organisational skills
• High flexibility and reliability
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness, when required, to work at other Seven Group locations
• Good knowledge of Italian and English

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure professional and efficient work
• Organise and manage the Sushi department
• Prepare and check dishes
• Handle food products carefully and with attention to costs
• Ensure compliance with and control of HACCP standards
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation
• Receive, check and store food deliveries
• Check the quality of food products
• Check delivery notes
• Manage internal and external orders through the TcPos system
• Be responsible for the monthly inventory
• Develop and create new dishes
• Support the Executive Chef, when required, with staff planning and monitoring working hours through the Mirus system
• Organise and lead daily team meetings
