We are looking for a Team Assistant based at our headquarters in Baar. In this role, you will provide general support to Corporate Affairs team in its day-to-day functions. If you have an interest in well-structured work in a diverse and fast-paced environment, this is the ideal role for you.


The main tasks and responsibilities

  • Organization of meetings, conferences and events
  • Facilitating travel arrangements including flight schedules, visa requirements, accommodation and transfer bookings for the functional leads and for visitors as required
  • Preparation of regular reports, such as expenses, minutes of meetings and communication materials
  • General administrative duties such as invoice management and processing, preparing memos and other correspondence
  • Management of incoming enquiries and requests for Corporate Affairs team
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintenance of certain databases
  • Taking care of general administrative work, including storing, filing and archiving
  • Onboarding of new team members

Minimum requirements

  • A solid educational background
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in Administration in an international and multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English (corporate language)
  • Advanced competence in the use of using MS Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and DocuSign)
  • Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU
