The incumbent, reporting to the RRP Brand Lead, will be responsible for managing Portfolio & Pricing initiatives and setting the strategic direction for the respective RRP brands. They will be working closely with Finance, Strategic Insights and the Sales community to maximize brand contribution and commercialization of respective brands over time. A strong analytical & strategic acumen is essential to drive our geographic expansion strategy of our new launches & propositions. Responsibilities
You will:
- Drive the development of Portfolio & Pricing strategies based on market & competitive dynamics, and best practices maximizing brand performance
- Capitalize on commercial opportunities by monitoring online and offline performance while proposing corrective actions to secure the competitiveness of JTI’s RRP portfolio
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales Team to build an optimal geographic expansion strategy to maximize growth potential
- Monitor RRP brand’s evaluation metrics (brand awareness, perception, retention, loyalty/advocacy, etc) to develop brand performance over time
- Contribute to the Annual & Strategic Planning cycle via portfolio collection and financial input (including Economic Model)
Qualifications and Experience
- A higher level university degree or equivalent educational background in Business (Marketing) and/or Economics
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Marketing & Sales functions
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create strong enthusiasm across functions
- Result-oriented, dedicated & passionate mindset
- Ability to work on own initiative delivering with a high level of integrity, a sense of urgency, and to a high-quality standard
- Good understanding of our industry including appreciation of legislation and marketing standards as a plus
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office and the latest digital tools
- Strong command of written and spoken business English, German serves as a plus
