Investor Relations Manager

Your main tasks

• Develop and implement the company's investor relations strategy.
• Analyze potential investors and contact strategically interesting new investors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, equity analysts, and retail shareholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Effectively communicate the company's financial performance, business strategy, and outlook to the investment community.
• Provide the executive team with regular insights and analysis on market developments and their potential impact on the company.
• Collaborate with corporate communications, the finance and legal departments in the preparation and distribution of the earnings releases, investor presentations, half year and annual reports, and other financial disclosures.
• Collaborate closely with the legal department in organizing and managing investor events, including earnings calls, investor days, roadshows, and annual general meetings.

 Your profile

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years experience either as an in-house investor relations specialist within a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Devices company or as a LifeScience focused analyst at an investment bank or consulting firm.
• Strong analytical skills
• Deep understanding of equity research, capital markets and corporate finance.
• Familiar with international investor landscape and community (Swiss experience is a plus)
• Able to communicate complex financial information clearly to all ranges of audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written English required; German is a plus.
• Highly ethical and transparent with extensive knowledge of Swiss and internal regulations.
