Your task

The Corporate Marketing and Communication (C-MarCom) department is responsible for developing and managing global marketing and communication strategies. The position requires close col-laboration with the marketing teams of both business units to maintain the brand image, disseminate key messages, and build positive relationships with all stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing the global marketing strategy as a clear framework for all marketing activities of both business units. In addition, brand management, internal communication, developing and improving concepts for digital and online marketing, campaign and content management, as well as controlling the MarCom budget complete the list of responsibilities. You will also consolidate and monitor global MarCom plans and budgets and drive digital marketing transformation to increase brand awareness. The role may also include overseeing and managing external communications with various stakeholders, including the Board of Directors. You will report regularly to the Extended Group Management. In terms of leadership and organization, you will be directly responsible for a small team on the corporate level and work with a dotted line responsibility with MarCom managers of both business units.


Your profile

With a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, as well as 5 to 8 years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in a functional/matrix organization in the B2B and ideally in the construction industry, you have the ideal background. You have expertise in transforming teams and establishing digital MarCom performance and know-how in branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. You are also familiar with market analysis methodology, stakeholder management in a listed company, and strict and standardized communication management. In terms of IT, you are proficient in marketing and communication tools and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; other languages are an advantage. Your creative thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving support your ability to work well in cross-functional teams. You have proven the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure. A performance, KPI, and data-driven mindset characterize you, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
