Accounting & Tax Manager

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main finance contact for Swiss, and international entities, covering statutory accounting, tax, and governance matters.
  • Coordinate statutory reporting, equity analysis, fixed asset registers, and audit submissions.
  • Manage local tax filings including VAT, PIT, GST, Stamp Tax, and withholding taxes, and support indirect tax audits.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for board meetings, monitor capital expenditures, and support cashflow planning and funding.
  • Organise and record corporate governance activities, including meeting preparation, documentation, and minutes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CMA or CPA qualification is an advantage.
  • At least eight years of accounting experience in a multinational environment.
  • Fluent in German with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with statutory reporting, audit coordination, and Swiss tax compliance.
  • Background in corporate governance, capital expenditure control, and treasury support.
